Drum Circle Rewards Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may collect:

• Name, telephone number, and email address when provided.
• Loyalty account balances, rewards, and purchase history.
• Transaction and order information needed to calculate or reverse loyalty points.
• Merchant, store, terminal, business, and device identifiers supplied by GoDaddy Poynt.
• Technical logs, timestamps, request status, and security information used to operate and protect the service.
• An encrypted browser push subscription when a customer chooses to turn on reward alerts. The subscription identifies a browser notification channel, not a precise physical location.

Drum Circle Rewards does not collect or store full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or customer banking credentials. Payment processing is handled by GoDaddy Poynt and its payment partners.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Locate and maintain customer loyalty accounts.
• Award, redeem, adjust, or reverse loyalty points.
• Display point balances and reward eligibility.
• Send optional alerts when a customer is close to a reward or has earned a reward.
• Associate a customer with an authorized checkout.
• Provide customer support and investigate errors.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, duplicate awards, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Service Providers and Disclosures

We may share information with service providers that help operate Drum Circle Rewards, including GoDaddy Poynt, Supabase, Vercel, hosting providers, database providers, and technical support providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or our business, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer or reorganization.

We do not sell customers’ personal information to advertisers.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the loyalty program, maintain transaction and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal obligations. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of loyalty account information by contacting us. Deleting an account may permanently remove accumulated points, rewards, and associated history where retention is not legally required.

Reward alerts are optional. Customers can turn them off from the rewards app or through their device notification settings. The current reward-alert feature does not collect or continuously track a customer’s location.

7. Children’s Privacy

Drum Circle Rewards is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated effective date will be posted at the top of this page.
